1. Warranty Coverage

Coverage Details
Warranty Period 1 year from the date of delivery (as shown by delivery confirmation)
What Is Covered Manufacturing defects and malfunctions of the device under normal use
What We Will Do Repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective part or product

For EU customers: Under EU consumer law, you have a 2-year legal guarantee against defective products. This Limited Warranty provides additional coverage beyond your legal rights.


2. Warranty Start Date

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery (as shown by the carrier's delivery confirmation), not the date of purchase.

If you do not have proof of delivery, the warranty period will begin 7 days after the shipping date.


3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us at support@MiSoundofNature.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect

Step 2: Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.

Step 3: If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

Step 4: Return the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

Important: Do NOT return your product to the address on the package without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

Valid warranty claim (manufacturing defect) We pay – We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs (with receipt)
Invalid warranty claim (no defect found) You pay – Return shipping costs are your responsibility
International claims (outside our standard shipping regions) You pay initial return shipping; we pay for replacement shipping

Shipping requirements:

  • Products must be returned with freight prepaid (if not using our label)

  • We recommend insuring the package for the product value

  • Use a trackable shipping method


5. What Is NOT Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:



Category Examples
Unauthorized repairs Repairs made or attempted by anyone other than our authorized personnel
Misuse or abuse Dropping the product, improper use, neglect
Accidents Liquid damage (water, lotions, etc.), physical impact
Normal wear and tear Cosmetic damage, scratches, worn parts over time
Lack of maintenance Failure to follow manufacturer's recommended maintenance
Unauthorized accessories Attachment of accessories not approved by us
Alterations or modifications Any changes made to the product without our written consent
Electrical issues Improper power supply, power loss, voltage variation
Transportation damage Damage occurring after the product leaves our facility (file claim with carrier)
Theft or vandalism Loss or damage due to theft or intentional harm
Environmental conditions Extreme temperatures, humidity, exposure to sun or chemicals
Opened/used/repackaged products Products purchased from auction sites, surplus resellers, or bulk resellers

6. Warranty Exclusions – Specific Situations

Products Not Covered

This warranty does not extend to the purchase of:

  • Opened, used, or repaired products

  • Repackaged or resealed products

  • Products purchased from internet auction sites (e.g., eBay, unauthorized resellers)

  • Products purchased from surplus or bulk resellers

International Use

Any modifications or adaptations made to enable the product to operate in another country are not covered under this warranty.

Customized Products

Customized handpans are covered under this warranty for manufacturing defects only (not for change of mind). See our Return & Refund Policy for details.


7. Remedy Limitations

What we will do:

  • Repair the defective product

  • OR replace the defective product (with the same or equivalent model)

What we will NOT do:

  • Refunds will not be issued under this warranty (refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns within 15 days of delivery)

For EU customers: Your legal right to a refund for defective products is not affected by this warranty. If a product is defective, you may request a refund within 30 days under EU consumer law.


8. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by MiSoundofNature.com. There are no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Any implied warranty of merchantability

  • Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

  • Any other obligation on the part of the company

Some states/countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

MiSoundofNature.com shall not be liable for:

  • Any incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Loss of use during the period the product is being repaired

  • Any other conditions beyond our control

In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of defective parts found within the warranty period.

If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable product in lieu of repair or replacement.

Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.


10. Effect of Unauthorized Modifications

Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate for any products or parts that are:

  • Repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without our prior express written consent

  • Tampered with or disassembled by unauthorized persons


11. Your Legal Rights

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights that vary from state to state or country to country, including:

  • EU: 2-year legal guarantee for defective products

  • Australia: Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law

  • UK: Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights

Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights as a consumer.


12. Warranty for EU Customers

If you are a customer in the European Union:

Defect within second year You may need to prove the defect existed at delivery
Remedies Repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction

This Limited Warranty is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.
