Customized handpans are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Before shipping your customized handpan:

• We will send a test tone video to your email for your confirmation

• Once you confirm and we ship the item, the sale is final

However, if something does go wrong with a customized handpan due to our error, we will take care of it free of charge.
