2. Age Requirement

Default currency: All products are priced in United States Dollars (USD).

Currency conversion: Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from USD according to current conversion rates. Due to fluctuating currency values:

  • Prices displayed on promotional banners, category pages, and other areas (excluding individual product pages) may not reflect the most current conversion

  • The price displayed on an individual product page (regardless of currency denomination) is the current price you are liable to pay, excluding shipping

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:

  • We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days

  • If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of Levallois-Perret, France

For EU customers: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

MiSoundofNature.com reserves the right to change this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
