1. Return Period
We offer a 15 calendar day return policy starting from the date you receive your item (as shown by the delivery confirmation).

For EU customers: Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for distance purchases. This right does not apply to customized or personalized items as described below.
2. Customized Handpans – Important Notice
Customized handpans are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Before shipping your customized handpan:

We will send a test tone video to your email for your confirmation

Please check your email carefully and respond with your approval

Once you confirm and we ship the item, the sale is final
However, if something does go wrong with a customized handpan due to our error, we will take care of it free of charge.
3. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
If you chose express shipping (with an extra fee) and need to return your item:

The express shipping fee is non-refundable

Only the product price and standard shipping (if applicable) will be refunded
4. Return Process – Step by Step
To ensure a fast and efficient return process, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Our customer service team will reply:

Within 24 hours on business days

Within 48 hours on non-business days
Step 3: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a valid return address. Do NOT use the address on the package you received – only use the return address provided by our customer service team.
Step 4: Ship the item back using the method we recommend (see Section 6 below). You are responsible for any loss caused by using an incorrect address.
Important: If you do not provide sufficient information (photos, description, order number), we reserve the right to reject your return request.
5. Conditions for Return
Color Difference
Due to different monitor settings, there may be a slight color difference between the product photo on our website and the actual product. We strive to present true product appearance, including color.

However, shipping fees for exchanges (both your delivery and our delivery) are your responsibility.
Recommendation: Given the cost, we suggest you return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
