3. Customs-Free Shipping Information

We provide customs-free shipping methods for different countries and regions. You can select these options at checkout.

  • European Union: If you choose DPD free shipping, we will be responsible for the payment of customs duties. Please note: If your address is in the EU but you cannot select DPD shipping mode, the product may not qualify for duty-free shipping.

  • UPS / DHL / FedEx shipments: These may incur customs duties. Different countries have different regulations on specific charging standards. If you have questions, please contact your local customs or tax department directly.

Important: Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays. Delivery may take up to 30 days to some countries due to customs processing differences.


4. PO Box & Address Requirements

  • PO Box addresses are not supported for express shipping.

  • If you only have a PO Box address, we may arrange delivery through special channels depending on available shipping methods in your region. This may result in longer shipping times.

  • Your shipping address should be detailed enough, including apartment or unit number when applicable.


5. Remote Area Surcharge

If your address is in a remote area, an additional delivery fee may apply. We will notify you of the exact amount via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp based on our carrier's quote.

Important: If we do not hear from you within 2 business days, we may ship your package through alternative shipping channels, which could result in longer delivery times. You may also choose to cancel your order for a full refund if you do not agree to the surcharge.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • Order number

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

7. Important Shipping Tips

To ensure successful delivery:

  1. Provide accurate information: Leave correct email address, shipping address, and mobile number at checkout.

  2. Mobile number required: Unsuccessful delivery caused by a blank mobile number column cannot be compensated.

  3. No PO Box for express shipping: PO Box or BFPO addresses are not accepted for express shipping.

  4. Address details: Include apartment or unit number where applicable.

  5. Undeliverable packages: Non-delivery or extra shipping fees due to incorrect address provided by you will not be covered by MiSoundofNature.com.


8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Important information for international buyers:

  • Customs clearance: All shipments crossing international borders must clear customs. This may cause delivery delays.

  • Buyer responsibility: As the buyer, you are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or handling fees imposed by your country.

  • No pre-payment: We cannot calculate or pre-collect these fees at checkout. The carrier will typically request payment upon delivery.

  • Check local regulations: Before placing an order, please check with your local customs office for information on duty rates and tax thresholds.

Please note: We cannot offer legal or tax advice regarding your country's import rules. If a package is returned due to non-payment of customs duties/taxes, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling fees from any refund issued.
