1. Account Registration & Login

To purchase items, check your order information, and manage your account, we recommend you register and log in.

How to Register

  1. Visit MiSoundofNature.com

  2. Click the "Create Account" button

  3. Complete the following information:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Password

How to Log In

If you already have an account:

  1. Enter your email address and password

  2. Click the "Sign In" button

Age Requirement

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country of residence). If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Important: We will never ask you for your password via email or phone. Do not share your password with anyone.

Privacy Notice

When you register an account, we collect and store your name, email address, and order history. For details on how we handle your personal data, please review our Privacy Policy. You have the right to request account deletion at any time by contacting support@MiSoundofNature.com.


2. Forgot Your Password?

Don't worry – resetting your password is easy:

  1. Click the "Forgot your password?" button on the sign-in page

  2. Enter the email address you used to register

  3. You will receive an automated email with password reset instructions

  4. Follow the link in the email to create a new password

No email received? Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it, contact us at support@MiSoundofNature.com.


3. Guest Checkout

You do not need to register to place an order. You can choose "Checkout as Guest" at checkout.

Guest checkout limitations:

  • We will not create an account for you

  • You will not have access to order history for future reference

  • You cannot leave product reviews (reviews require an account)

  • To track your order as a guest, please use the Order Lookup feature (see Section 6 below)

Note: Even as a guest, we still collect order-related information (shipping address, email, phone number) to fulfill your purchase. For details, see our Privacy Policy.


4. Finding Your Favorite Items

Search Tips

  • Enter keywords or product code in the search bar to locate items

  • Browse by product category from the main menu

Can't Find What You're Looking For?

If you have a picture of the item you want:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@MiSoundofNature.com

  2. Provide detailed information (material, color, size, or photo)

  3. Our customer service team will provide one-on-one assistance to help you find or confirm the product


5. Product Reviews

As part of the MiSoundofNature.com feedback system, product reviews help other buyers make informed purchase decisions.

Review Guidelines

  • Reviews must be based on your genuine experience with the product

  • Reviews are product-based (not seller-based)

  • You must have completed the purchase of the product to submit a review

  • Only registered and logged-in users can submit reviews

Prohibited Review Content

The following are not allowed in reviews:

  • Offensive, obscene, or discriminatory language

  • Personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)

  • Promotional content or links to other websites

  • False or misleading information

  • Reviews written in exchange for compensation (unless clearly disclosed)

How to Submit a Review

Step 1: Sign in to your account and go to "My Account"

Step 2: Click the "My Reviews" button – you will see a list of products eligible for review (products you have purchased)

Step 3: Click "Write a Review" next to the product you want to review

Step 4: Rate the product on a star scale (based on your real experience) and enter your comment in the text box

Step 5: Preview your review, then click "Submit Review" to finish

Review Moderation

  • We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines

  • Reviews are typically posted within 1–3 business days after submission

  • We do not remove negative reviews as long as they are honest and respectful


6. How to Place an Order

Follow these steps to place an order on MiSoundofNature.com:

Step 1: Register or log in (or choose "Checkout as Guest")

Step 2: Search or browse for products

Step 3: Select quantity (minimum 1 piece) and click "ADD TO CART"

Step 4: Continue shopping or proceed to checkout

  • Items in your shopping cart are saved while you browse

  • Items remain saved if you log out or accidentally close your browser

Step 5: Enter your shipping address on the address page

  • You will then see available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times

Step 6: Select your preferred payment method on the payment page

Step 7: Review your order and click "Place Order"

After Payment

  • We will begin preparing your items immediately after receiving your payment

  • Tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address after your items ship

  • You will also receive an order confirmation email with your order details


7. How to Check Order Status

Method 1: Via My Account (Recommended)

  1. Sign in with the email address and password used to place the order

  2. Click "My Account"

  3. View your order status and history

Method 2: Via Order Lookup (For Guests)

  1. Click "Order Lookup" on our homepage

  2. Enter your email address and order number

  3. View your order status

What You Can See

  • Order confirmation

  • Payment status

  • Shipping status

  • Tracking number (once available)
